What about data protection (GDPR)?
We sign a data processing agreement with your school, store only what's needed to call someone back, and every caller is told they're speaking to an automated assistant. We go through everything with you before launch.
Which languages does it speak?
German and English, on the phone and on WhatsApp.
Does it replace my office staff?
No. It takes the repeated questions off their desk. Your team keeps the students, the exams and every decision.
What if it doesn't know the answer?
It says so, doesn’t guess, and forwards the question to you as a short message.
How long does setup take?
We agree on the timing after the free analysis. You give us your information, we build and test it, and you approve it before it goes live.
What does it cost?
A monthly fee that has to be clearly lower than what it saves you. After the analysis you see both numbers side by side.
Which language is the analysis in?
English. If you'd rather speak German, we use a live translator during the conversation.
